It’s spring time !

And yes, spring has pointed its nose on the Ile de Ré. Nature is waking up and is even a little early. Insects are foraging, it is a good sign and essential for pollination. The gardener consults the weather and fears the frost that would destroy the flowers of the apricot tree. Without flowers, no fruit. The little orange tree ends its cycle and beautiful fruits have appeared.

But a visitor who was not expected arrived: the COVID 19. He interfered in our daily life without warning, disrupting our way of life.

We must protect ourselves and respect barrier gestures

It is difficult to get supplies: our favorite nurseries are closed until further notice and our material suppliers have lowered their curtains. Our staff are confined and take care of themselves. Also, only Hervé continues to visit and maintain the gardens. We hope that our customers will be understanding because alone, we move slower.
